No, all you need to do is let us know how to get into the house, and how we should lock up when finished. 

No. Many Maids will never ask you to sign a contact. Our philosophy is: If we are doing a great job, the customer will continue to use Many Maids for their cleaning needs. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean, and we have built this company doing just that. 

Of course! Remember, it is your home! 

Absolutely! The cleaners who work for Many Maids have integrity and are good, honest, hard-working individuals. (David makes sure of it!) 

Tips are always appreciated, never expected. 

We require a notice two business days before the scheduled cleaning. This allows Many Maids to be able to find another job for the cleaner to fill the time slot you have vacated.

Payment is due the day service is rendered. Please make checks payable to Many Maids. We also accept credit cards - please call David to make this arrangement.

Do you work on Saturdays/Sundays? 

No. 

When is the office open? 

Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm.

What if I need to get a message to the cleaner? 

Please call the office, we relay all messages to cleaners. 

What if I need to change a cleaning date in the future? 

Please call the office, we will be happy to assist you. 

What if something gets broken? 

We are only human, and from time to time things happen. However, Many Maids is insured. The cleaners are told to call the office immediately. We will, in turn, give you a call. 

How long have you been in business? 

David and his staff have been happily cleaning for customers since 1996. 

Do you need to come to my home to give me an estimate? 

No, all estimates are given over the phone in less than five minutes. Give us a call today! 

I have a special situation, can you help? 

We sure can! Let us know the particulars and we will tailor our cleaning or organizing to your specific needs. 

I have a last-minute emergency. Can you help? 

Give us a call, and we will do everything we can to get your home cleaned at the last minute. 

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! We arrive with all cleaning supplies we need to clean your home/office. However, if you would like us to use your equipment, or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We will be happy to do so.
